Happy almost-Valentine's Day — a jarring reminder that it's officially mid-February, and that my chocolate consumption is about to spike. I'm taking a stand: we need more holidays based largely around chocolate consumption — Halloween, Easter and Hanukkah just aren't cutting it anymore.
